Finance minister: Russia to solve inflation problems in 2022

MOSCOW, Jan 14 (PRIME) -- Russia will be able to solve its inflation problems in 2022, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said on Friday during the Gaidar Forum.

“The problems, and we see now inflationary problems in the first place, I think that we will be able to solve them this year, and we plan to achieve positive results before the end of the year,” he said.

According to the Federal State Statistics Service, Russia’s inflation amounted to 8.39% in 2021.
